Australian GP

So, I must admit I have been in denial. But yeah, Ferrari had a crappy start of the season this past weekend. However! Even though both cars came out with engine failures, I have to say I was really proud of Kimi. Not only did he have a beautiful start, but he did some amazing driving. So, yeah he messed up trying to pass Kovalainen, but... that was very Schumi-like and that makes me proud of him. I mean it's true in that moment, in that part of the track it would have been impossible to do that pass, but come on, it would have been pure brilliancy... I think he didn't want to stay stuck behind Heiki like it happened with Barichello. All in all, it was a pretty eventful race, wasn't it? I mean less that half of the drivers actually finished...
Check out what Kimi said about it:

“I know that back in Maranello the team is working hard to solve our problems,” he told Ferrari’s official website. “I'm not worried at all about the performance and the competitiveness of the car. The first race was like it was, but we know that we have a really good car. I know that the team will never lose its focus. They've shown that already in the past - Ferrari will be back!”

“There's really not much to say about the first race weekend of the season,” the Finn added. “The only positive thing is that it's all behind us. Obviously we are really disappointed. We have to give our best and need to try to get the most points in every single race.”

So, we have to wait for Malaysia and see what happens this weekend. Those calling me a sore loser can stop now!
