Better late than never... So this past GP was pretty interesting. As you can imagine I'm extremely happy about the Ferrari 1-2, and even more so given that Kimi was in the lead.
I must say at the start, Kimi was a bit lucky, 'cause Alonso had a better one than him, but Massa had a better one than both of them. As he said in the interview, he started slow but it was fast enough to keep the first place, but had Massa gotten the clean side of the curve that would not have been the case.
After that, it was back to business. Some traffic in the second pit-stop but the gap was enough so it didn't matter. I must admit I smiled when Alonso's engine went off just because everyone was putting so much into this second place in the grid thing. A come-back and whatnot. But the truth is harsh, Renault doesn't have the car to compete with the Ferraris, at least not for now.
Heiki's crash did scare me a bit 'cause he hit the wall not only really fast but really hard, leaving him practically buried under the tire barrier. I couldn't think the last time we had a crash like that, I mean lately we've been having pretty stupid crashes, (and DC is involved if not responsible for most of them...) and to see that they weren't even showing the shots of the crash was a bit worrying. Thankfully it was nothing major, when I saw him I thought his foot was broken for sure, but he came out without any serious injuries.
So we set up for Turkey with Kimi leading the drivers championship, and Ferrari leading the constructors as well. I think Ferrari should have a good advantage here as well, and Massa seems eager to repeat his victory from last year.
