Weekend in Memphis

I decided it was time to change my blog today... I tend to get tired when I stare at the same colors for such a long time and considering how light this one is, I'm not sure how long it's gonna last, lol.

I got to Memphis safe and sound at the beginning of the week, and it's good to be home. The trip was uneventful, but very long. The way things worked in the airport back in Caracas made me feel very glad that I was coming back to Memphis.
I slept through most of the first flight, and the second one was pretty quick, so it was all good. The only problem was that I could barely walk because my right foot was hurting seriously bad and I could barely walk... which is not good when you have to stand in line for hours and walk quite a bit to get to your gate. Thankfully, rest some advil and absorbine have worked their magic and it doesn't really hurt anymore. Which is very good because I'm planning to play tennis early tomorrow with my dad.

I haven't done much since I got back, just been catching up in my sleep and getting used to my channels here again, lol.
I'm working on a new story with Bekka, which I'm loving at the moment even though we just started last night. I've been writing so much with other people for such a long time, I think I've forgotten how to write on my own, lol. I'm not complaining, though... it's crazy fun to write with other people.

My skin is much better, but I still haven't gotten my tests back. Truth be told, knowing my sister... it could be ages before they get picked up so I'm not holding my breath.
